Root Network Weight-Setting

TAO holders currently delegate their tokens to validators to earn staking yields, thereby transferring their voting power to those validators. The TAOFU token functions as a proxy voting mechanism for the delegated TAO for weight-setting on the Bittensor network, determining to which subnets the Taofu validators should direct block emissions.
