Minting sTAO

After the veto period, queued requests are cleared to be minted. This is done by calling ‘deliverMintingQueueItems’ on the Taofu contract. Note that while the Taofu team intends to execute this action, this is a permissionless function that may be called by anyone who is willing to pay the gas fee.
