Minting veto period
Once the minting request is pending, it is in a veto period for a duration of ‘mintingDelay’ (default: 1 day). During this period, the Taofu Veto Committee has the authority to cancel the creation of the minting request by:
Canceling the specific minting request (i.e. if something is wrong, the minting entity might make an emergency request to undo their actions).
Canceling all minting requests of a specific minting entity (i.e. the entity’s address was added to a hacked/sanctioned list).
Canceling all minting requests immediately (i.e. a cataclysm occurred in the EVM or Bittensor ecosystem and minting should be halted immediately).
