Subnet Ownership & Governance

  • SNS Tokens: Represent proportional governance rights over the subnet’s alpha_out emissions (18% subnet take). Holders do not directly control emissions but may influence subnet direction via DAO governance.

  • Multisig Oversight: Ensures no single entity controls subnet parameters or emissions.

Ownership is transitioned to a multisig wallet managed by the subnet owner, Taofu, and a neutral third-party validator.
