Sale Setup & Subnet Owner Onboarding

  • Initial Setup: Subnet owners initiate a sale by submitting key details via a structured form (e.g., Google Docs). This includes:

    • Subnet configuration (hotkey/coldkey pairs).

    • Sale parameters (price, supply, duration).

    • Liquidity and vesting rules.

  • Subnet Ownership Security:

    • For existing subnets: Ownership is transitioned to a multisig wallet (managed by the subnet owner, Taofu, and a third-party auditor) to ensure decentralized control.

    • For new subnets: A multisig is created during subnet registration.

    • An admin proxy is added for the subnet owner, giving them full control over subnet configuration without control over emissions.

Taofu charges a percentage of raised TAO and a percentage of SNS tokens, adjustable per partnership terms.
